1. Cancellation ❌
a. Cancellations are not allowed once the order confirmation is sent.b. Buyers who will cancel their orders are required to pay 50% of their total orders.c. The seller doesn't have the rights to cancel the buyer's order unless:
• The buyer is rude/bogus/joy miner.
• Both seller and buyer agrees to cancel the order/s.
• The seller is scammed by the supplier.
• The item/s are already unavailable/out of stock to the supplier.
• The buyer doesn't agree with the terms and conditions of the seller.d. The buyer doesn't have the rights to cancel their orders if:
• The buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of the seller.
• The orders are already paid by the buyer.
• The orders are already secured by the seller.2. Payments 🧾
a. MAYA & GCASH are the ONLY mode of payment available. Transaction fees are applicable if the buyer is using GCash to pay for the claimed items.b. The buyer can ask for payment extension ONCE only.c. The buyer is required to pay for the 50 pesos late payments fees per day if failed to pay on the time/date that the buyer and seller agreed or written in the order confirmation sent by the seller.d. Long deadline of payment is only applicable for items worth 2000 above (14 days minimum, 28 days maximum).e. Downpayments are required for items with deadline of payment.f. Buyers must send a SCREENSHOT of their receipts showing "EXPRESS SEND" when using GCash as a payment.3. Disposal of Unclaimed Items 🗑️
a. The seller is allowed to dispose of items that are/has:
• Unclaimed after 25 days of payment.
• Late fees failed to be paid by the buyer within 15 days.4. Delivery 🚚
a. Use SCO at your own risk. The seller will not be held liable if the parcel got lost while in transit.b. STRICTLY NO RUSH SHIPPING.5. Return and Refunds ↩️
a. Downpayments are not refundable unless:
• The seller initiated the cancellation of orders.
• The item/s are out of stock from the supplier.
• The item/s are not secured successfully by the seller.b. The seller won't accept return/refund if no raw/unedited unboxing video is provided.c. Refund of items due to lost parcel will not be possible.d. Only the 50% of the total payments are refundable if the seller got scammed by the supplier.
